Murat Karayilan, The acting leader of Kurdistan Worker Party, the PKK says for three years Turkish government and the PKK meet secretly in Oslo. They reached agreement. But Erdogan after winning last year election, end the talk. But Mr. Erdogan blames PKK for attacking the army as a reason to abandon the talks.
