Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The number of civilian martyrs documented by the SOHR in Syria today (Thursday 21/6/2012), documentation includes name and reason of death, has risen to 114. Making today the bloodiest in Syria since the beginning of the ceasefire.
-In Homs province 32 civilians were killed. 25 of them fell in the city of Homs, 16 were martyred by the regime’s brutal bombardment and storming of the Deir Ba’alba neighbourhood, in an attempt to gain control of the entire area; 9 were killed in the Khaldiya, Jobar and Baba Amr neighbourhoods. 6 martyrs, including a child, fell in the city of Al-Quseir, and its Reef, they were killed by military operations. 1 civilian was martyred by the bombardment of Rastan.
-In Hama province 4 civilians were killed. The body of 1 civilian was found in a car near the vegetable market in the Hader neighbourhood of Hama, the other was killed by regime forces in the city. A civilian was martyred by regime forces, he was killed while working on his land in Khattab, Reef Hama. A little girl was killed by sniper wounds she recieved yesterday in Basatin Al-Mahbousa.
-In Deir Izzor province 5 civilians killed. 3 were martyred in the town of Thiban, they were killed by regime bombardment. 2 civilians were killed in the Joura neighbourhood of deir Izzor, one of them was a citizen journalist.
-In Dera’a province 29 civilians fell. At least 18 civilian were martyred in the town of Inkhil: 17 were killed by the regime’s brutal bombardment of the town, 1 was killed by a sniper. 3 bodies were found in a field in the town of Tafs. 2 children were martyred by regime bombardment on the town of Al-Hirak. A little girl was shot dead by a sniper in Dera’a. 5 rebel fighters were killed during clashes in Kafar shams, Reef Dera’a.
-In Reef Dimashq province 30 civilians were killed. 28 died in the city of Douma, and its surrounding area, one of them was killed by earlier wounds. 2 civilians were killed by clashes between rebels and Syrian fighters in the area.
-In Idlib province 7 were killed. 2 rebel fighters was killed during clashes with regime forces, in Irmnaz, Reef Idlib. 1 civilian, from the town of Al-Habeet, was killed by excessive torture in a security services detention centre. A woman and a small child were killed by by the regime’s bombardment of Kafar Tkharim, Reef Idlib. A civilian was killed by a sniper in Ariha, Reef Idlib. Another civilian was shot dead by regime forces in Ma’arat al-Nu’man.
-In Reef Aleppo 7 civilians killed. 3 were martyred by the bombardment of al-Atarib and Bayanoun by regime forces. 2 children and 2 women were killed when their car was attacked in Darat Izza, Reef Aleppo.

A defected officer, from Idlib prov., was killed during clashes in the village of Darat Izza, Reef Aleppo. A defected Lieutenant was killed in the city of Deir Izzor. 4 defected soldiers were killed during clashes in the town of Kafar Shams, Reef Dera’a. A defected soldier was killed by clashes in Kafarbatna, Reef Dimashq.
At least 54 members of the Syrian armed forces have been killed by clashes in the provinces of Homs, Idlib, Aleppo, Dera’a and Reef Dimashq.
